With the Gabrielli family firmly reestablished and all wars at a ceasefire, Valentina is now in a good position to continue her efforts in the Caves and expand them to the city. She makes fast work of shepherding countless Orrin refugees to safety, the majority of them refugees. Thanks to her continued efforts there is actually space for them in the Caves. The initial damage has mostly been taken care of while new expeditions with former palace retainers have helped to dig much deeper than previously and help keep everything stable. The palace also has a vested interest in keeping such stability, they do not want the refurbished Yalcar to crumble for a second time.  

Once the immediate crisis is dealt with, Valentina takes some well deserved time to focus on her own life and happiness, namely her marriage. It is a lovely triple wedding initiated by Yasmine. The ceremony itself takes place in the Caves. During renovations a cavernous area full of natural crystals had been discovered. In the flickering candlelight it’s one of the most beautiful places in Hashat. Yasmine joins hands with Cosimo, Bella with Sikar and Valentina with Florizel Diite. Three Gabriellis walk in, six walk out and attend a lavish celebration in the Gabrielli family home. They reside together in the Gabrielli family home as Valentina takes her place proudly as head of house. They also have a funeral for Alfieri who was beloved and will be very much missed. 

Around the time of the marriage Cosimo has been able to secure all of the Farnese assets which he officially gifts to House Gabrielli which he is now a part of. On top of the Gabrielli wealth and legacy, Valentina and her growing family now have the entire wealth of the Farnese at their disposal, something she instantly puts to good use. Once Florizel’s aunt Adora has been set up comfortably in the luxurious Leonese Vineyard, Valentina carries on her work in the Caves and the city. A fair amount of the wealth is put straight back into Hashat, the rest divided among the family. The city is rebuilt, new jobs are made available to the poor and the class divide softens over time. Education is more freely available and the class restrictions of the Farnese reign have been abolished. Poorer citizens are able to live outside the Caves in places that can actually be called homes while it has become fashionable among some of the rich to have homes in the Caves. It’s gentrification on a level no one has ever seen before. 

While all of this is going on Valentina also assists Sikar with their information network. For this purpose she intentionally leaves a handful of secret tunnels known only by people of her choosing at the royals. After a few years, while the Queen Regent and her heir remain strong, everyone knows that the true power in Hashat lies with the Gabrielli. Within ten years they own half the city, the Bank of Gabrielli and know almost everything that is going on thanks to the spy network and palace connections.

Valentina lives a long and happy life with her husband Florizel, ward Pasqua and their children and grandchildren. She supports Florizel’s exploits and continues her own work and philanthropy until her heir is ready to take over.
