Displayed above is probably the finest and most impressive item of clothing in all the known multiverse. This double-breasted, long-tailed coat, primarily of white silk velvet, is decorated with depictions of scenes that together describe the entire life of its owner, Cece Finetti-Fontana. It is said that the coat was a gift from renowned tailor Khawla Marchetti as a parting gift to Cece when they first joined the Fleet, magically enchanted to continue growing new scenes and depictions throughout their life.

Cece was perhaps most famous among the fleet for hosting the talk show 'Natterscosto' alongside the show's namesake, Vittorio Nascosto. It was the friendly rivalry between the pair, with each always trying to out-perform the other, that made the program so exciting to watch, drawing in a wide and varied array of guests from all over the multiverse, and leading the show to be the most viewed Signal presentation to date.

Not content constraining their talent to the screen, Cece also took to the stage in a wide array of performances put on by their husband, Prospero. These beautiful plays, alongside Cece's natural gift for PR, helped to ensure that the Fleet and the people and worlds they visited were able to get along happily and peacefully. In fact, very few had a bad word to say about Cece, save for the Carnevale, who consistently complained about having “significantly less fun” on new worlds.
